A confirmed bedside pickup window is assigned and the crew is dispatched with the appropriate equipment and documentation.

Upon arrival, the crew conducts a controlled stretcher transfer and secures the client safely before departure.

Transport & Handover
Transport proceeds via direct routing with active oversight, & arrival is formally communicated with handover acknowledged before departure.
